Christopher Hudson

Senior Vice President of People and Corporate Operations

As SVP of People and Corporate Operations, Christopher brings a people-focused approach with a strong emphasis on cultivating a culture that drives business performance and corporate governance. His role includes developing organizational leaders and guiding human behaviors that align with core values. At Spirion, he manages the People, IT and Security functions, along with Corporate Administration. Christopher is proud to share that in early 2024, Spirion was honored with a Top Workplace Award, reflecting their commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture.

Prior to joining Spirion, Christopher served as the Head of People for a private-equity backed, procurement software start-up that was successfully acquired by a SaaS competitor in 2022. With 20 years of experience, he has a rich background working with private and public companies, leading enterprise SaaS initiatives across multiple industries. His career has spanned the U.S., Europe, Canada, India, Brazil, and Malaysia, and he has had the pleasure of living in both Ireland and France.

Christopher is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management in the U.S. and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in French from Old Dominion University and a Level 9 postgraduate diploma in Arts in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland (Dublin).

Currently residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his husband, Christopher enjoys traveling in their RV, visiting theme parks, and Harry Potter trivia. His dedication to continuous learning and engagement with dynamic HR communities underscores his commitment to bringing value to the organization. Christopher goes beyond the traditional HR business partner role by leveraging strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen, tying business performance (revenue and operations) to the human behaviors that underpin them.
